Mystery plant, who will be the first to identify this broad leafed palm?

I am stumped on this garden palm photographed by Ms. Deedee Garrido-Granada. My initial ID was that it is a dwarf caryota mitis, since the leaves has the fish-tail shape. However, looking for matching photos in the net proved futile.

Someone guessed that it might be a rhapis exelsa var Taiheiden, but I do not get a good match still. So I am leaving to our readers, the name of this garden palm.
